Job summary

Alstom is seeking an Engineering Management Office professional to drive continuous improvement and optimize governance across projects. You will partner with engineering, operations and S&OP teams to automate workflows and track performance metrics using Power BI.

You'll focus on engineering delivery performance, KPI reporting, and data consolidation while supporting governance practices across multiple projects in a dynamic rail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking tools.
• Experience with project management and governance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
• Support S&OP, governance practices, and data consolidation.
• Develop and automate workflows and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Monitor engineering delivery performance and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams.
