Job summary
Ares Management seeks a Lead, Intelligent Automation and Reporting to drive enterprise automation, reporting, and analytics across the firm. You will partner with business stakeholders, provide solution architecture, and oversee governance and delivery through Power Platform, Jira Automation, and Power BI.
You will lead the Automation Technology and Reporting & Analytics teams, coach engineers and BI developers, define KPIs, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
- 10+ years in technology, automation, BI, or business transformation.
- 5+ years leading engineering, automation, or analytics teams.
- Deep expertise with Power Platform (Power Automate), Power BI, and Jira Automation.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and reporting solutions.
- Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation and reporting opportunities.
- Translate requirements into scalable automation and analytics solutions.
- Lead Automation (Power Automate, Jira) and Reporting (Power BI) teams.
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Define KPIs and measure automation adoption, reporting quality, SLAs, and business value.
- Coach and mentor engineers and BI developers.
- Establish governance and delivery best practices.
- Ensure security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
