Job summary

Ocra is seeking a Business Operations Manager, Systems & Automation to design and implement the systems layer that underpins growth across Operations, Accounting, and Revenue. You will transform recurring high-effort work into automated, connected processes and own the discovery, specs, and rollout.

You will collaborate with department heads and individual contributors to scope and ship meaningful work, while focusing on cross-team data, integrations, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, revenue or sales ops, business systems, or implementation with a track record of building tooling.
• You have shipped tooling that was used by people.
• You author software: APIs, SQL queries, and scripting against third-party APIs.
• You understand the customer lifecycle from deal to billing and revenue recognition.
• You work across levels: with dept heads and individual contributors to implement systems.
• Discovery before delivery: observe and validate before building.

Responsibilities

• Activation and onboarding: scale activation throughput from signed to live with minimal manual steps.
• Client reporting and billing: automate pipelines for reporting and billing prep.
• Revenue and forecasting visibility: provide current view of performance vs plan.
• Cross-team data and integrations: own data across departments and ensure consistency.
• Adoption and enablement: train users and ensure system adoption.
• Intake and prioritization: manage requests with visible priorities.
• Documentation: write docs so others can build on it.
