Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship. Interns will be mentored by managers and participate in development workshops to build essential business skills.

Interns may work in tracks like Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics & Data, Finance, Marketing, and more, with housing not provided. Some remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• In good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify audit information for the BCBSA FEP IPA audit.
• Verify data submitted by other Operations Auditors.
• Learn and participate in the Dental Claims audit.
• Engage in Ops Audit meetings and provide feedback.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship conclusion.
