Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program in New York. Interns work up to 40 hours weekly, June through August, across tracks like Analytics, IT, Finance, and Project Management. You will be mentored by managers and participate in development workshops to bridge school and corporate life.

Roles rotate within non-technical and technical tracks; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be in good academic standing and able to interact with diverse audiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Population Health Enterprise Operations & Optimization initiatives.
• Work with mentors and project teams on strategic initiatives.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
