Job summary

Atomic Invest is seeking a hands-on professional to support self-clearing infrastructure and corporate actions processing. You will work directly on corporate actions such as spinoffs, distributions, mergers, and tender/exchange offers, ensuring accurate clearance and settlement and resolving data quality issues.

The role requires experience with NSCC/DTC processes, position reconciliation, and asset servicing, as well as a solid grasp of double-entry booking across custody, trade, and cash

Qualifications

• Direct experience processing corporate actions at a broker-dealer or clearing firm.
• Experience with clearance and settlement operations in self-clearing or correspondent clearing.
• Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes, position reconciliation, and asset servicing.
• Strong understanding of double-entry booking across custody, trade, and cash ledgers.
• Margin financing, trading, or underwriting operations experience a bonus.

Once here, you will

Join Atomic's operations team supporting self-clearing infrastructure and corporate actions processing. You'll be hands-on with the day-to-day work of processing corporate actions (spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers, and mandatory/voluntary reorganizations), supporting clearance and settlement activity, and helping resolve data quality and booking issues as they arise. As Atomic scales its self-clearing capabilities, you'll work closely with engineering, product, and compliance to help build out the operational processes and controls that keep clearing and corporate actions running accurately and on time.

What we are looking for

We're looking for someone hands-on who can dig into the mechanics of corporate actions and clearance/settlement work directly, not just review it after the fact. Some things that may make you a great fit:
