Job summary

Sunday Capital is seeking an Operations Associate to support the administration of its lending platform and fund. The role focuses on the loan lifecycle and requires strong organization to manage multiple priorities. This is an in-office role based in New York.

The position reports to the Director of Operations and involves coordinating with borrowers, capital partners, and vendors, while helping to improve internal processes as the firm scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate or financial services.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.

Responsibilities

• Support loan lifecycle from closing through payoff, including onboarding, ongoing administration and loan wind-down.
• Track key loan dates, deadlines and deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, capital partners and outside vendors.
• Prepare loan-level updates, reports and materials as needed.
• Work across internal teams to keep transactions and tasks moving forward.
• Build and improve internal processes, workflows and systems to support efficiency and growth.
• Support office and team administration, including direct support to the firm’s partners.
• Assist with special projects as priorities evolve.
