Global Financial Institution in Downtown NYC is hiring an Operations Specialist for a hybrid role. Recent graduates with Finance internships are encouraged to apply. Pay is $26/hr. You will support LAL phones, handle inquiries, and process loan-related tasks.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient loan servicing and compliance, with growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the LAL telephones by responding to client inquiries and documenting calls.
• Meet phone performance metrics such as handle times, quality, professionalism, and script adherence.
• Review loan applications and servicing requests to ensure information is provided within SLAs.
• Communicate missing information needed to progress loans in the pipeline.
• Reconcile and process monetary transactions and review daily reports.
• Cross train and learn new functions to provide coverage as needed.
• Train other new team members once proficient.
• Assist in achieving shared goals of the department and the bank.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
