Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Management with client relationship management
• Cultivate business opportunities with existing and new clients in commercial real estate financing and construction financing
• Monitor and assess loan portfolio credit quality, payment history, collateral, and progress of construction projects
• Prepare credit facility applications as part of underwriting
• Develop new lending and deposit opportunities with clients
• Collect and maintain information for credit analyses and evaluation of credit facilities
• Answer and handle customer inquiries on credit facilities and procedures
• Monitor utilization of credit facilities
• Conduct calls and site visits to understand client and project status
• Monitor delinquent or problem loans and facilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Management with client relationship management
• Work to cultivate business opportunities with existing and new clients interested in commercial real estate financing and construction financing
• Monitor and assess team’s loan portfolio, including collateral quality, credit analysis, payment history, and progress construction project financed by the Bank
• Perform due diligence and prepare credit facility applications as part of underwriting initiative
• Develop new lending and deposit business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Collect and maintain information for credit analysis and evaluation of credit facility applications
• Answer and handle customers’ enquiries on credit facilities and procedures
• Maintain and monitor utilization of credit facilities
• Conduct calls and site visits to gain a better understanding of the client and progress of construction projects
• Monitor delinquent or problem loan and credit facilities
