Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate (OA) to join the operations team under a Site Leader. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and coordinate with our partner drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

You will help manage inventory, prep beverages and food items, uphold safety and sanitation guidelines, and operate required equipment. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 49 pounds, and shifts across 1st–3rd periods, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalents.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• General familiarity with web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Maintain FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
