Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate (OA) to join the operations team in Bloomington, IN. You will report to a Site Leader and handle picking, packing, receiving, inventory, and coordination with drivers across a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy, complying with health and safety guidelines, and supporting kitchen operations if applicable. The role requires a high school diploma and flexibility for peak shifts, with opportunities to work in cold storage

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant/retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage using FIFO principles.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
