Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the Indianapolis site operations team. OAs will report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating with drivers.

You may work in our site and kitchen areas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the operation. Responsibilities include inventory control, waste management, and sanitation; you will handle pallets, order prep, and daily tasks to maintain smooth flow and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment (preferred).
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure inventory count matches PO/invoice, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and organized.
• Work with pallets, carts, dollies and equipment to move product.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
