Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform duties such as picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with driver partners.

The role requires drive, positivity and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, safety compliance, and preparation of beverages/food items for delivery where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software such as Google G-Suite.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and ensure inventory accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders; keep facility clean and organized.
• Follow FIFO and maintain food and beverage safety standards; handle items with tobacco/alcohol as applicable.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items and confirm details.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely; move product as needed.
