Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the on-site operations team in Lansing, MI. OAs perform a variety of duties, including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with drivers. You will help maintain inventory, manage waste, and ensure safety standards across the kitchen and facility.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and flexibility to work 1st–3rd shifts. Prior restaurant or retail experience is preferred, and basic skills in Google G-Suite are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO practices.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle and move product safely with equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
