Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform a range of tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining safety and inventory.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude as you help deliver on-demand goods. Eligible candidates may have a high school diploma, restaurant or retail experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail helpful but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and follow safety guidelines.
• Handle products with care, use equipment to move goods.
