Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team in Chicago, IL. Roles include picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and supporting drivers. You will handle beverages and food items, work in sometimes cold environments, and comply with safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and flexible availability across shifts. Prior restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Experience in restaurant/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and reconcile inventory with orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to control waste and spoilage.
• Coordinate substitutions or out-of-stock items with customers.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
