Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join their operations team. You will work under a Site Leader, performing picking, packing, receiving, and coordination with drivers across the facility and kitchen if applicable.

Responsibilities include inventory control, FIFO compliance, packing, and ensuring safe handling of products including tobacco/alcohol where applicable. A flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify counts against invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Move products safely using carts, pallet jacks, and dolly.
• Operate in freezer locations as required.
• Prepare beverages/food items per recipes and packaging standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
