Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years work experience required.
• Ability to learn basic life and annuity product information.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes standard client and producer transactions using documented procedures and multiple software applications.
• Identifies and escalates issues for resolution when necessary.
• Communicates with internal associates and external customers or agents regarding outstanding requirements.
• Documents status of transactions and contacts received and initiated.
• Answers inbound calls from internal or external customers and/or makes outbound calls to customers.
