Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive shipments, manage inventory and assist with kitchen duties if applicable. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with a fluid schedule and possible weekend hours. Prior restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required; training provided at the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required).
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and reconcile discrepancies with PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage and ensure safety.
