Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across the site (and kitchen, if applicable) under the Site Leader’s supervision.

Shift flexibility is required: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts may be involved. Prior retail/restaurant experience is helpful; health and safety guidelines must be followed to ensure quality service and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling and availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shifts.
• Familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and handle products safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive/unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Keep sales floor and facility clean and organized.
