Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform pick/pack, receiving, inventory, and coordination with partner drivers as part of daily site operations.

This role requires physical stamina—standing, walking, lifting up to 49 pounds—and flexibility to work 1st-3rd shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required).
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors; verify inventory vs PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
