Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join its site operations team. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive pallets, verify counts, and support inventory management with FIFO practice.

Being able to stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 49 pounds, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior restaurant/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Proficient with basic web-based apps (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; reconcile counts with purchase orders/invoices.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and follow FIFO guidelines.
• Handle, scan and move products safely and efficiently.
• Prepare quality beverages/food items per recipes and standards.
