Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to support the operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform duties that include picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating with drivers.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities in our site and kitchen where applicable, and may require time in freezer locations. We value drive, perseverance, and enthusiasm for the challenge, with compensation based on location and market conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in restaurant/retail environments is a plus.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st/2nd/3rd shifts.
• Stand and walk for the duration of each shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and move items safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan, and move products safely with equipment.
