Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, you will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across the site and kitchen as applicable, while ensuring safety and quality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment driving accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO and safety guidelines; handle tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol products.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to move product.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders and beverages per recipes and standards.
