Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform tasks including picking, packing, and receiving product, both within our site and with our kitchen if applicable.

You’ll work with partner drivers and support daily operational goals. Responsibilities include receiving pallets, maintaining accurate counts, managing inventory, shelving, and preparing orders for delivery while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• General familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory counts match PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage; handle substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
