Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) in Boston, MA to join their operations team. The role involves picking and packing items for dispatch, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required).
• Ability to work a fluid schedule available during peak shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G‑Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Skills

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

Experience in a restaurant or retail environment

General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications

Flexibility to work various shifts

Education
