Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform a variety of duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with drivers to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include inventory control, FIFO compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the site. A flexible schedule with 1st–3rd shifts is required, and physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 49 pounds, and occasional freezer work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely with equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items observing recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure accuracy of food and beverage packaged for delivery.
• Receive and put away orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain Kitchen Facility organization and standards for accessible resources.
