Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our fast-paced team. You will handle picking and packing orders, receive shipments, and maintain accurate inventory while supporting drivers for timely deliveries.

The role requires standing for shifts, lifting up to 49 pounds, and adhering to safety guidelines. Flexibility across 1st–3rd shifts is expected, with opportunities to work in freezer areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product, verify inventory against PO/invoice, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO practices to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Communicate substitutions or out-of-stock items to customers when needed.
• Move and handle products safely using carts and equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Support kitchen operations and beverage/food preparation to standard recipes.
