Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the Denver-based operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management, while coordinating with drivers and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires flexibility for peak shifts and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds. Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and knowledge of Google G-Suite is helpful for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and verify counts.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and spoilage following FIFO practices.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations as needed and move products carefully.
