Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our on-site team in California. You will handle picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. The role supports inventory control, waste management, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a fluid schedule with peak shifts. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and familiarity with Google G-Suite is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
