Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join our operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and handle picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating with drivers. Duties include inventory control, applying FIFO practices, and maintaining clean facilities.

Ideal candidates are able to work a fluid schedule across shifts, lift up to 49 pounds, and use basic web tools like Google G-Suite. We offer benefits for full-time employees and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs. PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage and ensure safety.
