Job summary

Aureo Title is seeking a motivated, student or recent graduate to join our operations team in a customer-facing role. You will build your own tools and automations, record what you’re doing, and work to make processes ultra-efficient in real estate closings.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with advanced AI tools and platforms, learn how real estate transactions work at scale, and collaborate with industry professionals and the company owner to continuously improve operations.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate. Any degree.
• Obsessive about details; accuracy matters for money.
• Excellent written English for communication with lenders, attorneys, clients.
• Organized under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Curious about technology; willing to automate repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable with unglamorous work in an early-stage environment.

Who We're Looking For

Student or recent graduate. Any degree. We care more about how you think than what you studied.

Obsessive about details. In this industry, a wrong number moves someone's money to the wrong place. There's no version of this role where "close enough" works.

Excellent written English. You'll be writing to American lenders, attorneys, and clients all day.

Organized under pressure. Multiple files, multiple deadlines, all live at once.

Genuinely curious about technology. You don't need to code. You do need to be the kind of person who gets annoyed at doing something by hand for the third time and starts looking for a better way.

Comfortable with unglamorous work. Early‑stage means someone has to scan the document, and today that someone is all of us.
