Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations, including front-end and sales floor activities, as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support hiring, training, and development of store staff.
• Help safeguard store assets and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Manage store cleanliness, stockroom, and sales floor standards.
• Take supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Handle store directives, merchandise receipt and return, and damaged goods processing.
• Assist with staffing schedules, supplies management, merchandising, and promotional displays.
• Ensure product replenishment and manage special programs like Drive Item.

Minimum Qualifications
