As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into great merchants delivering AEO brand Visual standards every day. Through your leadership, your team always nails floorset execution, and rocks merchandising and marketing brand standards. You ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reporting and trends, and develop strategic business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maintain visual standards, and proactively identify merchandising opportunities.
• People leadership: Motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable to customer service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
• Teamwork and engagement: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate team successes.
• Operational excellence: Support daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready, especially in the Fitting Rooms.
• Integrity and safety: Uphold safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
