Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Helping to protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, subordinates, and supervisors.
6. Ensuring store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, meet company standards.
7. Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
8. Processing directives related to store activities and merchandise receipt/return.
9. Assisting with staffing, merchandising, and store supplies management.
10. Managing cashiering activities and ensuring cash handling guidelines are followed.
11. Maintaining store displays and promotional areas to maximize sales.
12. Assisting with schedule creation and expense control.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Prior retail and management experience preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy environment.
