Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Helping protect and secure company assets, including cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Maintaining store areas to company standards, including recovery.
7. Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
8. Processing corporate directives related to store activities.
9. Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, managing staffing, sales effectiveness, cash handling, merchandising, and supplies.
10. Supporting the creation of schedules and managing store expenses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
