You will fix broken processes, manage multiple priorities, and ensure the office runs smoothly while paving the way for growth and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in office operations, HR, recruiting coordination or finance at a startup is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and own processes with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco and help build a new ops function.

Responsibilities

• Keep the office running: supplies, vendors, space planning, internet, coffee.
• Own end-to-end hiring: postings, scheduling, candidate experience, offers.
• Handle onboarding so new hires feel set up and supported.
• Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, and external partners.
• Create scalable processes to grow the company without things slipping through cracks.
