Job summary

Uplane is seeking a growth operator to join full-time on-site in San Francisco or Berlin. You will work directly with the founders to build the structures, processes and team behind a fast-scaling AI marketing OS.

You will drive growth initiatives across the US and Germany, establish scalable operations, and help assemble the marketing team of the future in a hands-on role that adapts to the company's rapidly evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for building, growth, people and getting things done.
• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, consulting, startups or operations.
• Strong social skills; you win people over.
• Structured and organised; you run many things in parallel without dropping any.
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant; you solve whatever problem comes up.
• Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Growth Projects: work directly with the founders on initiatives that move Uplane forward, including scaling the team internationally and launching new projects.
• Build AI-Native Operations: embed AI in every workflow, eliminating unnecessary manual work.
• Build the Team: help recruit and onboard people for the future marketing agency, ensuring rapid ramp-up.
