Job summary

The Hire Mark in Los Angeles, CA is recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across sales, customer service, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse teams, with responsibility for strategic growth of the luxury kitchen and bath brand in showrooms and online.

You will drive dealer partnerships, manage marketplaces like Amazon and Wayfair, optimize Shopify storefronts, lead remote and in-house staff, and report to ownership, with a clear path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in ecommerce/retail environment.
• Strong Shopify experience required.
• Experience managing marketplace channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Wayfair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and departments simultaneously.
• Experience supervising employees or offshore teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across sales, customer service, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Drive expansion of the luxury brand through dealer development, showroom partnerships, trade shows, social media, influencer marketing, and ecommerce initiatives.
• Manage customer service operations across phone, email, showroom, and remote staff.
• Supervise virtual assistants and offshore teams.
• Create customer quotes using Shopify and internal sales platforms.
• Manage returns, warranty claims, chargebacks, and order issues.
• Oversee order processing, shipping, FBA shipments, and fulfillment operations.
• Grow online sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, and more.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and profitability.
• Work closely with ownership on growth initiatives and strategic projects.
