Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership in ops, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in fashion/omni-channel retail preferred.
• Proven ability to scale processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across ecommerce, wholesale, and logistics.
• Oversee warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and international shipping.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive continuous process improvements and SOPs.
