The role oversees logistics, fulfillment, inventory flow, 3PL operations, customer experience, ecommerce, and international supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8+ years of leadership in ops.
• Experience in fashion/omni-channel retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations strategy across e-commerce, wholesale, warehouse, logistics, inventory and fulfillment.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align operational priorities.
• Own multi-channel execution including Shopify Plus, TikTok Shop, Wholesale, and Marketplaces.
