Operations and Sales Support (Mesa, AZ) | Mesa, AZ

The Operations and Sales Support position serves as a cross-functional resource between the Sales and Operations Departments. This role helps ensure charter information is accurate and communicated effectively from booking through trip completion, while providing customer service and backup support for both departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represents the All Aboard America brand in a positive manner to all individuals; is an advocate for the Company.
• Conducts detailed itinerary reviews to identify missing or incorrect information, flags potential location or operational issues, and ensures Hours of Service compliance.
• Enters and updates charter, itinerary, customer, and trip information in Coach Manager.
• Assists the Sales Department with entering new charters into Coach Manager.
• Prepares and prints work tickets for the Operations Department.
• Monitors booked trips for changes and updates between the Sales and Operations Departments.
• Answers incoming Sales and Operations phone calls; assists or routes callers appropriately.
• Provides trained backup coverage for Sales representatives and Dispatch during vacations and other absences.
• Follows up with one-time and occasional customers by phone or email after their trip to gather feedback.
• Communicates customer compliments, concerns, and service issues to the appropriate Team Members.
• Identifies potential repeat-business opportunities and refers them to the Sales Department.
• Help ensure a smooth and accurate handoff of charter information from Sales to Operations.
• Always Maintains a safe working environment; reports any unsafe working condition to Supervisor immediately.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Transportation, motorcoach, dispatch, sales support, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to become proficient in Coach Manager.
• Willingness to cross-train in Sales and Dispatch functions.
• Excellent/professional written and oral communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
