• Develop and execute an Operations Analytics roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Lead predictive models, optimization, simulation, and ML initiatives.
• Translate questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Create scalable analytics products, automated insights, and dashboards.
• Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and stakeholders to deploy platforms.
• Produce executive briefings for Senior Leadership and the Board.
