Job summary

ASM is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically driven professional to support operational excellence through robust data management and cross-functional collaboration across ASM’s Business Units. In this role, you will translate data into actionable insights, ensure clear visibility across ASM’s facilities, and support planning and coordination to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience working with cross-regional or global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and operational tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to stay on track with programs.
• Align with Metrology, Process & Wet Bench tools to meet system dates.
• Analyze installation and qualification data to identify trends and delays.
• Provide support on Product Life Cycle and Tool Governance.
• Drive weekly status meetings with stakeholders across departments.
• Provide weekly updates to management.
