You will work alongside a central data team to frame problems, guide builds, and drive adoption in contact center and back-office workflows. The candidate brings 8+ years in data product/analytics, strong operational data fluency, and proven ability to influence

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data product owner, analytics, or data-SME role with impact on business outcomes.
• Fluency with operational data and reporting; ability to identify what matters in a messy data landscape.
• Able to interrogate data and interpret models, translating insights into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate the operations strategy into a prioritized set of data/AI problems to solve.
• Turn data into narratives that inform high-stakes decisions in operations.
• Drive the last mile to embed insights into real workflows and decision moments.
• Qualify and write specs for data builds to ensure successful adoption and use.
