Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Strategy Analytics Manager or Senior Manager – Operations. You will be the COO’s analytical partner, delivering high-priority analyses with SQL and Python, while leading a small team.

The role blends strategic judgment with hands-on coding to drive operational efficiency and customer outcomes. You will work with Operations Directors, Transformation Office and Product teams to diagnose bottlenecks, define KPIs, and quantify value from improvements, including automation and AI

Qualifications

• Very strong SQL and Python
• Experience working with APIs
• Advanced Excel and strong 80/20 analytical judgement
• Understanding of semantic data models and analytics engineering practices
• Basic statistics, experimentation and causal measurement knowledge
• Understanding of Data Science, automation and LLM principles
• dbt experience is helpful but not essential

Responsibilities

• Own Operations MI across front-office and back-office, define and govern KPIs
• Lead workflow optimisation and identify high-value opportunities with Transformation and Product teams
• Support forecasting, capacity planning and headcount decisions
• Define hypotheses, baselines and success measures before changes
• Measure impact and decide on scaling or stopping initiatives
• Translate analysis into decisions and ownership
• Lead a small team including Senior Analytics Engineer and Analytics Engineer
