Group 1001, through its Gainbridge platform, seeks a data-driven leader to translate strategy into a prioritized set of analytics problems and to own the last mile of insight. You will turn data into decisions, drive adoption in real workflows, and shape the AI agenda with cross-functional teams.

You bring roughly a decade of experience leading data or insight work with measurable business impact in analytics, consulting, or data-heavy roles, influencing senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of a direct-to-consumer financial services business and its growth model.
• Track record of leading data or insight work with measurable business impact.
• Ability to interrogate data and models and translate into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate Gainbridge's strategy into a prioritized set of analytics problems.
• Turn data and models into a narrative that influences leadership decisions.
• Drive insight into actual workflows and the moment of decision, ensuring adoption.
• Shape and govern AI initiatives within the domain.
• Co-own use cases with data and engineering teams and frame problems and outcomes.
