Job summary

Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops focused on key business concepts.

Interns may work in tracks across Business Administration, IT, Analytics & Data, Project Management, and more. The program runs from June to August, with up to 40 hours per week and housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a healthcare/business-related program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the Population Health Enterprise Operations & Optimization team on strategic initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience with operations, BI, analytics, and project management.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Mentored work with access to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and support corporate values and attendance expectations.
