Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students, featuring development workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects across business, IT, analytics, and more.

Interns work up to 40 hours per week from early June to late August, gaining exposure to healthcare operations and enterprise project management in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Majors/Degree Programs include Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, MIS, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Project Management or similar program(s).
• Preferred experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Must be in good academic standing and enrolled full-time in undergraduate or graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Support Population Health Enterprise Operations & Optimization on strategic initiatives affecting affordability and performance.
• Create presentations and assist with executive summaries.
• Collaborate with mentors and project teams to deliver high‑quality work.
