Job summary

Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program that includes development workshops, mentorship, and meaningful projects across tracks such as Analytics, IT, Finance, Marketing, and more.

Interns work up to 40 hours per week, participate in workshops, and present outcomes at internship end. Housing is not provided; remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Majors include Business, IT, MIS or similar programs.
• Experience with Power BI, ACL, SAS R, Python or other data tools preferred.
• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Support audits and operational tasks across multiple divisions.
• Assist with policy tracking, MAR processes and dashboard creation.
• Attend meetings and contribute to project work under a mentor.
